What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Pennwest Homes?
Service Coordinator serves as the liaison between our manufacturing facility and the builder distribution base. This person generates parts and work orders, coordinates service work to be completed by the Service technicians and contractors. The qualified candidate needs to have a general knowledge of building parts and home construction.
Skills:
Organized and good attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills (phone and email)
Thorough and consistent follow-up
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task
Needs to have a general knowledge of building materials
Physical Demands:
Some lifting and gathering of building materials is required
May be at a desk for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
