Job Summary
Are you looking for:

1. A place that focuses on the patient experience? We provide one-on-one care by the PT/PTA for 40 minutes for follow-ups and 60 min evals. You treat in teams: patient works with one PT and one PTA during plan of care for continuity. 

2. Supportive team environment with great support staff to help keep you on time and tech/aide to help intermittently with scribing, print HEP, modalities/cleaning? We provide coaching via monthly team meetings and semi-monthly "lunch and learns" as well as one on one development. 

3. Or how about coaching and learning opportunities?  If you want to be challenged and be the best version of yourself professionally and personally we can provide that accountability.  2x a month there are lunch and learns with providers, monthly scorecard meetings with Operations Manager, formal mentorship with lead clinicians, and a generous continuing education package.

About us: We are an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Lacey, WA helping patients to stay active and mobile avoiding surgeries & meds whenever possible. We do have quite a few post-op patients and we commit ourselves to great post-op care as well. Dr. Penrose has done speaking engagements with several of the orthopedic surgeons in town and has interviewed a few on her Podcast "Stay Healthy South Sound." We commit to educating our community via workshops, newspaper articles, free tips reports, blogs, social media posts, podcasts, and free screenings and discovery consult visits. We treat the whole person and offer health and wellness solutions via cash programs like yoga & personal training & pilates and massage therapy and weight loss through low glycemic impact eating.
