  This position is 100% on site at Toyota of Prosper in Prosper , TX.

• Performs general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
• Accurately review and process incoming License Plates daily according to established procedures
• Responsible for mailing license plates to guest after being issued.
• Prepares documents for submission to TEKION on a daily basis
• Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
• Always maintains a professional appearance
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions
• Assists DMV clerk with all other areas of the business office and performs other administrative duties, as needed.
• Assist with delivering documents to Tax office and DMV on an as needed basis

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience and experience with multiple phone lines, preferred
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language
• Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person, and use standard office equipment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Ability to conduct and oversee needs assessments with well-developed project management skills
• Must have strong computer and database application skills (Excel, Word, Power-Point, etc.)
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
