• This will be supporting the Drivelink Team within Toyota connected.
• 2 people in the role, losing both of them at the end of march. They are a critical piece to drive link.
• Reason : What the agents internally with toyota see ties into salesforce. It allows them to see vehicle information and get safety services.
• When there is an issue it impacts the agents to support the customers.
• Engineer leaving : they work independently, they will have a manager to lean on and work closely with Product Owner's, but basically when the Product owner is think through Product development they taking into consideration what is impacted on the salesforce side which is also why we need someone who has an understanding of software engineering.
• 5 years, someone who knows salesforce, someone who knows what they're doing. Drive link is heavy software engineering team.
