A well-known Information Services business is experiencing growth and looking for a Head of Regulatory Research to lead the Regulatory Research team, based in the US. The company is made up of team-oriented professionals who are solutions-focused and achieving greatness together.

In this unique opportunity, you will have the responsibility to grow and evolve the functional capabilities, champion the content both inside and outside of the organization, and help shape the future of what we do and how we do it. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting to the Chief Content Officer.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Oversee day-to-day operations of the regulatory research function and share best practices.
Ensure that content operations are streamlined and documented across the function.
Ensure compliance with processes and policies.
Innovate and change content and operations to accommodate shifts in business strategy.

Inspirational People Management and Leadership

Develop and motivate a high-performing, highly functional team; coach and develop team members.

Provide oversight across the team to ensure collaboration and realize content / product and operational synergies.

Inspire and motivate the team around a shared vision and goals to achieve maximum impact.

Proactively lead the development of a content strategy, collaborating with Reg Leads and other stakeholders to ensure that we have an integrated content and multi-channel content delivery strategy.

Innovate and evolve content coverage and types to better reflect market positioning and evolving customer profiles.

Support commercial efforts through direct customer engagement, marketing collateral creation, and subject matter expertise.

Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience leading research teams.

Experience in a research analyst or director role in B2B Information Services or Consulting to compliance and legal functions.

Strong project management skills, taking projects from inception to delivery.

Ability to manage competing / conflicting priorities effectively while being commercially sound.

Ability to influence, network, and engage with people at all levels of the company, building strong working relationships across functions.
