People Creating Success is currently hiring FADE Associates for our community-based programs in the Glendale and Burbank areas. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and lead fulfilling lives.

What We Offer
Hourly Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
- Mileage Reimbursement: Federal rate for work-related travel

Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to Clear Live-Scan Background Check
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination Card or Medical Exemption
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (Preferred, training available)
Reliable Vehicle (Preferred)
Your Role
As a FADE Associate, you will:
Travel with Participants: Provide one-on-one support for activities such as community college, volunteer sites, and social events.
- Mentor and Guide: Assist participants in achieving their community-based goals like attending events, building confidence, socializing, working out, and practicing independence.
- Document Progress: Complete daily summaries of goals worked on and relevant updates through our online progress note tracking system.
- Manage Time: Clock in and out remotely using a mobile app.
Participate in Team Meetings: Attend monthly team meetings and regular check-ins with supervisors.
