This position utilizes a holistic approach addressing career goals, services needed to reach those goals, mentoring, business outreach and follow up to ensure that participants attain and sustain financial self-sufficiency.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Education, or related field; and / or equivalent combination of education / significant experience in community, human, social services, or related field.Bilingual preferred.Employment is contingent upon successfully completing and passing a Pre-employment Drug Screen and a Washington State Patrol Background Check and / or National Background Check, Reference Checks, and if applicable other required documents.Personal vehicle required to attend meetings / seminars in other locations and for pickup and delivery of miscellaneous documents.

• Preferred Requirements : Experience presenting / facilitating workshops preferred.Starting Wage : $23.46 / Hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.
