Job Opportunity : Full -ime Assistant Property Manager (Mayfield)
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team in the Mayfield. This full-time role offers a competitive wage of $15-$16 per hour, and requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a good understanding of property management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Helps Manage tenant relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, financial, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of safety and appearance.
- Handle tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collections.
- Supervise maintenance staff and manage property repairs within budget.
- Maintain accurate and organized tenant files and financial records.
- Address any emergency maintenance issues promptly and ensure vacant units are prepared for rental quickly.
