Overview
The Store Manager oversees the store’s daily operations and works with all employees to make sure the store runs smoothly and efficiently while providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Select, train, develop, mentor, and coach Department Managers in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
- Lead the store in all areas of operations including inventory, margins, sales per labor hour, customer service excellence, and financial performance.
- Maintain outstanding retail execution and customer service in the store.
- Review and monitor scheduling, purchases, and other expenses to ensure departments and store are within budget.
- Regularly inspect the store to ensure compliance with all programs and standards.
