Service Technician

In this role, you’ll travel to customer sites, work independently, and hone your skills on cutting-edge hydraulic, mechanical and electronic systems. You will receive paid training and mentorship, and be eligible for tuition reimbursement and clear paths for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, diagnostics and repairs on hydraulic, mechanical, electric/electronic and diesel‐powered equipment
• Manage your service calls end-to-end: inspect, troubleshoot, plan work, complete repairs, and document all activity
• Build strong customer relationships by communicating clearly, following satisfaction guidelines and identifying upsell opportunities
• Uphold strict safety, environmental and quality standards at every site
• Coach junior technicians as needed and share ideas to boost efficiency

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (technical/secondary college preferred)
• 3 years’ hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems (diesel engine and hydraulic drive experience a plus)
• Valid operator’s licenses for required equipment & ability to pass a Non-DOT physical
• Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills and basic computer literacy
• Own basic hand tools and safe work habits
• Customer-focused attitude, sense of urgency and ability to thrive under pressure
