Duties Description
- Answers and directs calls throughout the building and beyond, as needed.
- Monitors the front door and let staff and visitors in and out of the building.
- Assists visitors by directing them to the right person to handle their issues or space for meetings.
- Functions as the Day Program Administrators Secretary.
- Maintains and Generates Staff monthly Training Report (when required).
- Inputs the Monthly data for individuals in Day Program’s Billing Spreadsheet.
- (Receives and input Individuals’ attendance data into TABS Billing Spreadsheet after verifying with classrooms the blank spaces).
- Main Back-up for TABS and Billing documentations.
- Attends and Takes minutes at Team and Special meetings.
- Establishes and feeds the Administrative and Habilitation Binders for All Individuals in our Day Program.
- Retrieves and Files documents.
- Email Sign-in sheets to Staffing Unit (when required).
- Creates and Generates documents for Day Program use on various formats - WORD, EXCEL, et al.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time.
