Note : The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities :
Interpreting construction plans and drawings
Preparation of the foundation and layout
Cutting and shaping bricks, stones, or concrete blocks
Applying mortar and assembling materials
Ensuring alignment and structural integrity
Conducting repairs and maintenance on existing masonry structures
Qualifications :
Current / Active OSHA-10 Certification
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the commercial field required
Prior experience using trowels, levels, chisels required
