What you’ll do as a Staffing Specialist:
-Muti-task in a fast pace environment.
-Assist new applicants with employment process.
-Input, maintain and follow-up on accounts receivable.
-Process credit applications and set credit limits.
-Call customers to generate repeat sales and/or set sales appointments.
-Manage a workforce of 50-100 temporary employees.
-Occasionally drive temporary associates to and from jobsites (miles compensated).
-Assist in temporary associate payout and process payroll from completed work tickets.
-Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting associates for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.
Requirements:
-2 years customer service experience (not required)
-High school diploma or GED required
-Must have a valid drivers license and a car that can be used to work
-Highest commitment to quality customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
