Essential Duties:
- Maintains understanding of all Bank products and services.
- Performs transactional activities such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, and cash advances.
- Balances cash drawer, night deposits and ATM machines.
- Meets with customers to discuss personal financial needs and recommends ways in which the company can serve their needs.
- Assists customers with product selections for accounts and financial services throughout the Bank including Wealth Management, Cash Management Services, and Merchant Services.

Requirements
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or General Banking Diploma preferred. Training in customer service, telephone etiquette, and sales needed.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; excellent interpersonal relations skills; proficient PC skills; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; a proficient knowledge of the banking systems, transaction documents, knowledge of vault transactions and balancing; a working knowledge of bank consumer and business products and services; proficient Microsoft Office skills; possess problem solving skills.
Experience: A minimum of (1-2) years' experience in a related position normally required.
