What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Pepin Academies?
Receptionist will perform personal and telephone reception. The receptionist will also direct visitors and provide information.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform related clerical functions such as keyboarding and filing.
- Answer multiple incoming calls and greet large number of visitors.
- Receive and direct all telephone calls to proper personnel.
- Maintain general files; assemble, label and prepare material for filing and/or mailing.
- Receive and distribute office supplies.
- Utilize radio communication to locate and distribute information to custodians and other staff members.
- Perform any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Ability to compose letters and memoranda independently.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all personnel.
- Basic computer skills to include Word, Excel, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
