What You’ll Be Doing

• Audit & balance front‑office accounting records for food & beverage, rooms, retail outlets, and more.
• Monitor room revenues, occupancy, and key metrics—then compile a clear “nightly report” for management.
• Post and verify charges (cash, check, credit cards, vouchers) accurately to guest accounts.
• Step in as Front Desk Agent: check guests in/out, answer questions, and resolve late‑night needs.
• Tackle ad‑hoc tasks—no two nights are the same, and we like it that way.

What You Bring to the Table

• Obsessive attention to detail and love for numbers.
• Hotel or front‑desk experience (night audit a huge plus).
• Quick study on PMS software and Microsoft Office.
