- Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist in the development of the annual Dining operating budget
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate dining department supplies and food levels, according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Act as a liaison for all aspects related to Dining Services within the community
- Ensure that meals are prepared according to the menu and recipes followed as well as food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion, and presented in an attractive manner
- Minimum of 3 years food service and staff management experience
- Proven track record in quality, presentation of meals and cost containment.
- Minimum two-year degree in hotel/restaurant management or food service administration management.
