Schedule: Full TimeSalary: $60,410 - $63,500 annually - based on experienceBenefits:Generous PTOPaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysBlue Cross/Blue Shield Health Plans, Dental, VisionChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation Program - to support a team memberFlexible SchedulingEmployer Paid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Cash Out ProgramRetirement Plan - 401(k) with company matchWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Maintenance Director.Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:Supervise, develop, and schedule all maintenance department staff to include housekeeping according to PSL policies, procedures, and standardsAssist in the development of the annual maintenance operating budget including capital expendituresOperate the maintenance department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standardsResponsible for ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies (paper products, cleaning products, linens, etc.)Communicate and negotiate professionally with external maintenance vendors and suppliers as needed and obtain company approvalMaintenance Director Education & Experience:High school diploma or general education (GED) requiredThree to five years of property management or other building maintenance experience performing the duties of Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Director preferredCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
