We are currently looking for experienced, hardworking Resident Care Aides/Medication Aides with great customer service skills, who will provide excellent care to our residents of a small 14 bed community. Schedule: Full and Part Time Shifts Available 7a-3p & 3p-11p
Salary: $15.50 - 18.00 per hour, based on experience.
Shift differential are available for weekends, evenings, and night shifts.

Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide Responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, serving meals, answering resident call bells, and incontinence care as needed
- Assist in monitoring the medication program
- Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Prefered
- Two (2) years of resident care experience preferred
- Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations
