Building and Grounds Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Building and Grounds Supervisor

Schedule: Part Time (10-20 hours per week, depending on community needs)

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour - based on experience

Building and Grounds Supervisor Responsibilities include:

• Supervise, develop, and coordinate housekeeping staff according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

• Assist in the development of the annual maintenance operating budget including capital expenditures

• Operate the maintenance department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

• Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies (paper products, cleaning products, linens, etc.)

• Communicate and negotiate professionally with external maintenance vendors and suppliers as needed and obtain company approval

Building and Grounds Supervisor Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or general education (GED) required

• Three to five years of property management or other building maintenance experience performing the duties of Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Director preferred
