Indoor Farm Staff (P/T)

DESCRIPTION
Join our small indoor farm team where we grow wheatgrass & microgreens in a warehouse-like environment.

This is a great job for someone who likes to stay busy and move quick, work in a small, down-to-earth team, and who wants to know they are making a difference in the sustainability and wellness movements.

Farming is a very physical job, and you should expect to get wet and dirty each day. You should be able to comfortably lift 60lbs.

There are a number of different tasks to keep things interesting such as: Loading delivery vans, Harvesting & Packing, Planting, Watering, Juicing, Cleaning, and General Warehouse duties.

We are seeking a long-term team member who thrives on fast-paced, physical work, has good hand-eye coordination, is detail-oriented, reliable, and works well both independently and on a team. You should learn quickly and hustle if you want to succeed with us.

We are a family business so if you show up on time, work hard, and show us you care, we will treat you like family too.

You should be flexible in your schedule since we are a small team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 60 lb comfortably.
• Must live within 25 minutes commute from Florida, NY and have your own vehicle.
• Must have experience with physical type labor
• Must be able to work in the US legally

SCHEDULE - to be determined
LIST OF ALL POSSIBLE SHIFTS
NOTE: Day shift end-times vary based on workload.

Mon-Thu Day Shift (7am-3:30pm = 8 hrs)
Fri Day Shift (7am-2pm = 6.5 hrs)
Sat Day Shift (7:30am - 12:30pm = 5 hrs)
Sunday Day Shift (8am-2:30pm = 6 hrs)
"Night Shifts" occurs every night(7pm-9pm = 2 hrs)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
