What are the responsibilities and job description for the English Tutor position at Perfect Score Academy?
Perfect Score Academy is looking for bright, motivated, and experienced instructors to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys helping students improve their skills in reading comprehension, grammar, and writing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead small-group classes of 6-8 students
- Tutor students one-on-one
- Help students advance in reading and writing
Days and Hours:
- Saturdays between 10 am - 4 pm
- Schedules will vary based on number of students. We are interested in someone with as much Saturday availability as possible, especially between 1-4 pm.
Format:
In-person at Cypress, CA
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to teach English up to high school level
- Bachelor’s degree or currently attending college
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with students desired
- Experience tutoring AP, SAT, or other upper-grade English
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
