OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Management Office(PMO) - Manager to oversee and drive all projects for the North America (NA) Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the NA Operations Leadership Team, NPD Leadership, and key stakeholders across Commercial, Engineering, and Finance departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely execution of strategic projects that align with our core objectives. Additionally, the PML will support the NA Operations Leadership Team in maintaining operational excellence, executing new product launches, managing vertical startup initiatives, and providing oversight across various supply workstreams. This position plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic priorities across the business.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic guidance in the planning, design, and prioritization of business initiatives and projects in alignment with the Director of Operations Excellence.
- Oversee key supply initiatives by partnering with the NA Operations Leadership Team (NA Ops LT) to manage projects, contribute to the S&OP process, collaborate with other team leaders, address challenges, and drive successful business outcomes.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Project Master Map and agenda, ensuring efficient resource allocation across projects and the implementation of necessary tools to drive execution.
- Lead the evolution of the New Product Development (NPD) process alongside the Director of NPD, ensuring processes and tools are effectively understood and applied by cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with the global team to align project management activities across operating companies, ensuring consistency and collaboration.
- Implement solutions to improve processes, address gaps, and enhance commercialization and vertical startup efforts.
- Ensure the effective implementation of business changes at the plant level with minimal disruption to operations.
- Foster a culture of quality by demonstrating a commitment to excellence in both actions and communication.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Technical, or similar disciplines and/or 4 years of relevant experience in similar fields.
- Lean management system and selected Lean tool application
- Experience in leading a project management team with specific experience in vertical start ups
- At least 4 years manufacturing or operations experience.
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills across all levels within the business
- Strong ability to solve business problems in creative ways
- Business process orientation and knowledge of S&OP
- Skill in implementing business and systems-oriented change
- In-depth understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, plant maintenance and buying processes
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Direct Management Experience
- Managing and delivering results against large projects, involving senior managers, requiring complex change management.
