It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000. - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and our Total Rewards teams on various company initiatives to support retention of top talent, improve organizational effectiveness, including change management, team building, and leadership development.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal standards and align with the organization's values and culture.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends, forecast HR needs, and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” in a matrix and continuously changing environment
- Deep knowledge of US labor relations and labor laws; keeps pace with changes in external labor and employment relations landscape.
- Possesses a blend of deep labor law and employee relations expertise and experience and has a proactive bias by leading and contributing to projects, initiatives, and ongoing programs in collaboration with the organization.
- Approaches decisions proactively and in a fact-based way, makes effective and pragmatic choices, balances benefit and risk, maintains compliance, and drives holistic business strategies.
- Solutions focused and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Demonstrates composure in tough situations and does not retreat from constructive conflict.
- Never compromises high ethics and integrity and remains objective and fair at all times.
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments, along with a willingness to innovate and create solutions that meet business needs.
- Demonstrated track record of understanding business drivers and how rewards can help the organization to deliver on its strategic goals.
- Must be a collaborative team player with strong intrapersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong consulting, analytical and planning skills.
- Able to garner respect of and influence HR and business clients at various levels of the organization and builds trusting relationships and followership with others.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or SHRM certification is preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of progressive HR experience, including roles in HR business partnering, organizational development, and change management.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems, data analytics platforms, project management software, and AI tools for HR analytics and automation. Oracle HCM is a plus.
