AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVES
Performance Buick GMC of Woodbridge is looking for Enthusiastic Individuals to join our growing TEAM!
Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating sales appointments with customers via the internet and phone.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to Internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
- Make outbound calls and send emails
- Generate sales appointments for the dealership
- Follow up with existing customers to create and confirm appointments
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in call center environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
