Job Description

PCI is seeking a Office Administrator for its Dallas operations based in  Midlothian, Texas. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Review and post customer billings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and estimators to review and validate project set-ups.
  • Set up and maintain OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) documents, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and project folders to ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor project documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to contract management, as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least one year administrative experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Team collaboration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Familiarity with OCIP/COI processes preferred.
  • Experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Local to the Dallas Metro Area
