JOB ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Field Laborer, you will be accountable for performing the installation of doors and hardware for construction
projects.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Tool Requirements:
o Work Boots w/ Safety Toe
- Load & unload trucks and handle materials on building sites
- Provide basic housekeeping and site maintenance
- Utilize pallet jacks and other tools necessary for the installation of doors and hardware
- Other duties and job responsibilities as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 80lbs.
- Ability to work in various weather elements.
- Ability to use various hand tools
- Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and
customers.
