Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond appropriately to all inbound calls and emails, meeting customer needs for quick and accurate response. Make outbound calls to existing customers/vendors and business partners.
- Interpret and communicate accurately to customers/vendors and business partners in reference to company policies, product description/prices and departmental procedures.
- Respond knowledgeably to returns - credits and adhering all case management procedures
- Handle product/service claims and special orders/requests
- Establish approximate delivery time and cost for customers and investigate delivery delays
- Coordinate the tracing procedure for lost orders and shipments and process claims
- Accurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email orders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technology
- Excellent computer and data entry skills - including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usage
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills

- This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $18.00 - $19.00 plus benefits.
