Requirements and responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain CNC Lathes & CNC Mills
- Minimum of three (3) years experience on CNC Lathes & Mills (REQUIRED)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience on Miyano CNC Lathes (REQUIRED)
- Able to change, set, and touch off tools
- Perform offset edits
- Strong ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc)
- Must be quality conscious
- Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures
- Complete control charts, process paperwork correctly and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and team mentality
- Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record
- Maintain organized / clean work area
- Physically able to perform duties of the job; able to lift 50#
