What You’ll Do:
Observe and document patient behavior
Assist with daily living activities and life skills
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
De-escalate situations when needed (training provided)
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year in healthcare, behavioral, or social services preferred
Flexible availability: days, evenings, nights, weekends
Must be 21 and physically able to assist patients
