SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Host/Cashier, you’re the first and last person our guests see during their visit. You will play an important role in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
As a Host/Cashier, you’re the first and last person our guests see during their visit. You will play an important role in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets and seats guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed
- Sells bakery items and merchandise, including gift cards
- Ensures the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
- Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior host/cashier experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
