SUMMARY:
An assembler is responsible for the assembly process as outlined in the job description and training matrix.

- Material Handling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum (1) year assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- Able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and use of basic hand and power tools, a plus
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and/or drawings, preferred
- Able to perform work quickly and efficiently while still adhering to all established quality standards
- Report any product issues, (missing/broken parts) to supervisor immediately to not delay production
- Maintain continuous improvement mindset and actively engage with supervisor(s), both for personal career growth and product development; make suggestions for improvements and efficiencies
- Complete trainings as defined by training matrix and instructed by supervisor
- Meet daily defined production goals
- Follow and maintain all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE
- Maintain high attention to detail and a desire to consistently produce high quality products
- Comfortable communicating with other employees, supervisors, and stakeholders using the English language in both written and verbal formats
- Able to adhere to scheduled workdays and hours
- Basic computer skills and understanding
