Sales Coordinator:

We're looking for a results-driven sales coordinator to respond to inbound leads.

As a sales coordinator, you will be part of an energetic team of professionals who are committed to educating customers and providing superior service. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of people and learn about our unique products to inform customers of specifications including price, usage, and merchandise materials. If you are someone who enjoys working with people, is sociable, and committed to making a difference, then this job could be the perfect fit for you. Construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer sales calls and schedule building representatives their appointments.
  • Provide sales/administrative support to building representatives.
  • Monitor building representatives' activities and follow up daily.
  • Administer and maintain all sales recordkeeping, pricing guidelines, and sales training manuals.
  • Call company leads on a daily basis and make appointments for building representatives.
  • Enter all leads into tracking system and keep status current.
  • Monitor Building Representative's lead sheet activity.
  • Receive in all new sales packets from building representatives and check for accuracy.
  • Write up change orders for all customer building changes.
  • Provide sales kits and pertinent literature to building representatives.
  • Work Fairs, Homes Shows and floor time when needed. This could include weekend days.
  • Call all web leads as they come in and send out brochures.
  • Keep track of sales and provide weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Provide marketing and promotion support with the General Manager.
  • Coordinate and administer with the General Manager the company marketing plan:
  • Create and produce advertising brochures, flyers, ads, etc.
  • Plan and organize trade shows

Requirements:

  • Hours are 8am-5pm
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • High quality of customer service and professionalism.
  • Must be able to manage time and deadlines.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic computer skills.
  • Sales support experience.

Salary : $54,500 - $68,900
