Their Labor & Employment team advises a wide variety of industries on the full spectrum of employment counseling, agreements, litigation, investigations, strategies, infrastructure, problem solving and dispute resolution.
Position Description:
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience in employment litigation and employment counseling, including statutory and regulatory expertise, working with executive employment and separation agreements, and employment advice as it pertains to M&A transactions, preferably gained at another large law firm. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and exceptional communication and legal writing skills.
