Job Summary: As a Project Design Manager at Permasteelisa North America, you will be a key member of a project team challenged by the unique nature of every project we create. If you are the right candidate for this position, you will use your Design background to plan, execute, and complete all technical aspects of curtainwall projects.

Responsibilities:
• Managing internal department team and external personnel
• Responsible for learning about the management of the design schedule and budget, technical submittals to the client, material submittals, RFI’s and drawing submittals
• Obtain contractual and/or statutory required approvals, certificates, etc…
• Compose the Project Design Plan, including budget, resources, programme and quality control recommendations
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s degree (with relevant experience) in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• 3-5 Years of relevant work experience
• Well versed with 2-D and 3-D design software including but not limited to AutoCAD, CATIA
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in other relevant computer software such as Rhinoceros, Revit, Inventor, GSA, would be an advantage
