This is an on-site contract role for a Pharmacy Director located in El Centro, CA. The Pharmacy Director will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient pharmaceutical care, managing pharmacy benefit programs, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves collaboration with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication management strategies. - Experience in Pharmacy Practice, Pharmaceutical Care, and Medicine
- Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state pharmacy license
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a pharmacy setting
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and compliance
