Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee asphalt paving projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Manage and supervise crew members, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety policies.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt paving and crew supervision.
- Strong knowledge of paving practices, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be local to Northern California between Butte and Shasta Counties.
