Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensure/Certification:N/A
Experience:Experience in Microsoft Office is required. At least one year of human resources experience is preferred. Experience processing payroll is preferred. Experience with UKG or other HRIS is preferred.
Mental/Physical Effort:Work requires the ability to handle pressure and frequent interruptions. Courtesy and tact are required in dealing with employees, staff members and applicants. Work requires close attention to detail. Must be able to handle public and employee contact in a manner that reflects credibility to the hospital and administrative staff. Requires prolonged sitting in a stationary position. Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to distinguish letters or symbols. Requires the ability to use office equipment such as computer, calculator, telephone, facsimile, postage machine and copier. Requires normal vision range, and corrected hearing to a normal range. Requires working under a variety of conditions and occasionally working irregular hours.
