Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be involved in the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and post customer invoices and payments.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting roles (minimum of 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MAS90 or other relevant tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
