Help Desk Support – Perry Johnson Registrars
Perry Johnson Registrars is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Help Desk Support professional to assist during the rollout of our new internal program used daily by clients, auditors, and internal staff. This role will help bridge the gap during implementation by providing hands‑on support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users as they transition to the new system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front‑line support to internal and external users via phone, email, and in person
- Assist users in navigating the new program and resolving basic technical issues
- Document common questions, issues, and solutions to support ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex concerns
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional presence at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong desire to help others and deliver a great user experience
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing needs
- Comfortable navigating software programs once trained
- Previous help desk or customer support experience is a plus
