- 2PM-10PM
Part-Time:
- 2PM-10PM
- 10PM-6AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care focusing on engagement and life enrichment.
- Assist tenants with activities of daily living (ADL’s) focusing on safety and compassion through morning care, evening care, and bathing assistance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of tenant apartments through picking-up, cleaning, trash removal, and laundry transport.
- Chart on tenant care records and administer oral medications
- Become a valuable team-member working together to create positivity
- Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness by building meaningful relationships
- Use critical thinking skills to constantly improve and innovate
Requirements:
- Experience as a Healthcare Aide is a plus, but not required as training can be provided to the right person!
- Applicants must be eighteen years of age or older
- Competencies in person-directed and elder-directed caregiving
- Desire to work with and serve tenants in a way that is compassionate, personalized, and respectful
