Perry Prep Learning Center is a brand new 10,000 sq. ft. high-quality learning and development facility located in Perry, Georgia, providing year-round childcare and early education for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Our owner and directors have over 25 years combined of hands-on experience in early education and childcare.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong beginning for their educational journey. ```Responsibilities```
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Incorporate technology and interactive learning activities into daily lessons
```Experience```
- Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other staff
- Understanding of special education needs in a classroom setting
