Position:
Full-time, Non-Exempt
Qualifications: Associates Degree in Human Service or related field. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements: The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprints, Childline, and Criminal clearance are required.
Job Summary: This position requires working with at-risk adolescents 12 to 18 years of age. Behavioral Specialists are responsible for overall behavioral management and observation of clients in care at our facilities. Behavioral Specialists will provide support to clients. This support includes but is not limited to behavioral, interpersonal, social-skills coaching, daily living skills, educational, and recreational activities.
Work Hours: Hours worked are primarily second shift with occasional first shift. Flexibility is required.
