At Pershing General Hospital & Nursing Home, our mission is to be the first-choice provider for our community's health needs. We work tirelessly to provide excellent healthcare in our 13-bed critical access hospital, 25-bed long-term care facility, and rural health clinic.
Pershing General Hospital is looking to hire an IT Assistant to aid the IT Director in the deployment of and upkeep relating to the networking security and overall end-user experience on Pershing General Hospital's internal and guest networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in network administration, technical support, cyber security, or other related fields.

Essential Functions
- Exhibits behaviors that are consistent with the Mission, Philosophy, and Values of Pershing General Hospital and Nursing Home as well as the culture and objectives of Pershing General Hospital and Nursing Home. All employees are expected to work as needed in providing health and wellness services in the communities within Pershing General Hospital and Nursing Home.
- Aids in the installation, configuration, documentation, and maintenance of Pershing General Hospital's IT framework.
- Sets up hardware and software applications as and when required by the needs of Pershing General Hospital.
- Provides general support for the IT department and for PGH's computer users.
- Installs and maintains various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches.
- Handles customer support queries regarding networks, systems, and applications.
In addition to the duties listed above, other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the IT Director incumbent upon Pershing General Hospital's information technology and security needs.
