Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, creating a positive first impression of our company
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls professionally and efficiently
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain front office appearance and professional environment
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare spaces for visitors
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks and special projects
- Organize and maintain office supplies inventory
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and external contacts

- Provide administrative backup for other team members as needed
