Future Opening: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Fish Window Cleaning is currently hiring for a part time administrative assistant in the San Diego area.

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!! We clean glass from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations including retail locations, office buildings and malls

Pay is $13.00 per hour 

This position is responsible for accounts receivable, customer service and day to day office duties. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones
• Customer Service
• Sales Calls
• Creating bank deposits
• Collecting current and past due accounts
• Entering and processing credit card payments
• Entering payments into the Fish 3 database
• Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes.
• Training window cleaners on completing invoices and work orders properly.
• Filing all necessary paperwork.
• Preparing and sending “Thank You’s” to all residential customers.
• Call each residential customer 1 day prior to their scheduled cleaning.
• Prepare formal bid proposals for potential customers

Qualifications:  Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires proven customer service skills. Office related experience is preferable. High School diploma/GED required.
