As a Sales Representative at pestBear, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. This is an in-house call center.
NO COLD calling all sales are new call-in customers or upselling current customers.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and reaching out to current customers through various channels.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Presenting our products/services to prospective clients.
Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Closing sales deals and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus but not required.
