We are seeking an experienced commercial Pest Control Technician for Washington, DC and surrounding area. Position Type: Full-Time

Pay rate: $22-25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control inspections and services for commercial accounts on a defined route. Complete all stops or reschedule within a specified time frame.
• Apply pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions. Documentation must be detailed.
• Perform exclusion work.
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly via email, text or phone call.
• Basic computer literacy required (smart phone, email, basic Excel).
• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Your shift could start very early (before 5:00 AM). We do not schedule nights or weekends, but occasionally urgent customer requests require some flexibility.
• Generate new business. Visit potential new customers and sign them up for service. We pay a generous bonus for bringing in new business.
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug testing, and driving history check.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• have high school diploma or equivalent
• have a minimum of 2 years’ commercial pest control experience
• have a Pesticide Applicator License in DC (preferred). Additional certification in MD & VA is a plus.
• have valid driver's license
• thrive on building customer relationships with lots of communication
• are self-motivated to generate new business
• have a consistent work history & track record of dependability
• are detail-oriented
• don't mind very early hours (start early, finish early)
• Bilingual skills a plus
• FieldRoutes mobile app experience a plus
