What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Dog Handler position at Pet Care Plus?
Pet Care Plus provides dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and a variety of additional services to the West Loop and surrounding areas. We are currently looking to add new members to our kennel team! Requirements for all Pet Care Plus positions include a positive attitude, punctuality, strong communication skills, the ability to lift 50lbs and remain on your feet for an extended amount of time, as well as compassion toward animals.
Duties Include: day to day cleaning of kennels and facility, feeding/medicating dogs, managing playgroups of up to 40 dogs (with additional handlers), providing excellent customer service, regular “heavy cleaning” projects to maintain facility standards, ensuring the safety and comfort of all dogs.

Job Type: Part-time Saturdays and Sundays
Salary: From $16.20-$17.00 per hour /no experience necessary!
