Who we are :
Are you looking to join a great veterinary team? Look no further than Pet Partners Animal Clinic. We have an opening for a veterinary technician or experienced assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking care of pets and the people who love them. We are a busy small animal practice located in Sussex, WI.
As a veterinary technician or experienced vet assistant (at least 2 years) you already know the skills and passion it takes to have a successful career in veterinary medicine.
Some of the key skills we are looking for with this position include :
- Patience
- Medication dispensing and administering
- Surgical experience including IV catheter placement, prep, monitoring, recovery, and discharge
- Dental prophylaxis
- Obtaining medical history and maintaining accurate medical records
- Working with clients and patients
